Thank you for entrusting your imprint to Peartree. Our goal is to ensure you are delighted with the final result. To reach this goal our team works in a timely and professional manner, with a sharp focus on accuracy and attention to detail, in order to execute our 16-step process. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our process, human errors sometimes occur.
Please note that the imprint you take is the actual impression Peartree personalizes for you. Peartree makes every effort to ensure your impression is as authentic as possible and will not take away or add features unless instructed to do so. It is your responsibility as the client submitting the order to provide accurate details so, during Peartree’s 16-step personalizing process, your instructions are followed precisely.
Peartree recognizes that our product is not for everyone.
If Peartree is responsible for an error made during our personalizing process we will correct the error at no cost.
Peartree keeps meticulous customer records, including the filing of Personalizing Information forms for up to one year. If an error occurs from incorrect information provided, we will address the situation on a one-on-one basis in order to achieve a suitable solution. Additional charges may apply.
If a client requests a refund, the refund would need to be issued directly by the Peartree Provider responsible for the initial order. Peartree does not provide refunds for orders that have followed the instructions supplied on the Personalizing Information form.
If a client is unsatisfied with their personalized impression, we are happy to work with them to address their concerns and achieve a solution or understanding.
When you make a purchase with Peartree, we require some basic personal information as part of the buying and selling process – name, address, phone number and email address. We respect your privacy. This information will never be shared or sold by us. We will only disclose personal information if required to do so by law.
Financial information provided through the process of ordering a personalized impression will be used only for the purpose of completing the specific transaction requested by you.
From time to time, we may use the contact information you supplied to provide you with communications we believe you might find useful. If at any time you wish us to cease communications, simply select the “unsubscribe” option on the communication.
We reserve the right to make modifications at any time. Changes and/or clarifications will take effect immediately upon being posted to this website. Any material changes will be fully disclosed on this site. If our business is acquired or merged with another company, customer information may be transferred so that the new owners can continue to provide you with our products and service.
